At Lehmer & Associates we are committed to protecting your privacy.

There are two (2) sources of information that allow us to collect and maintain information from our visitors:

1. Information You Submit in Our Contact Form
2. Analytical, Non-Private, Non-Personal Data Taken from Your IP Address.

What we do with the information we collect

1. The information you submit to us through our contact form is used to contact you in response to your interest in the services we can provide to you.

We do not necessarily maintain a list of all persons who contact us, the information you submit is not automatically entered into a database. It is received by us via email and we may delete the information you send after a certain period of time. If you receive a work estimate we create a customer file for you based on the data you submit which may be removed or altered at your request.

We do not share the information you provide with any person or entity not an agent, affiliate, or employee of our company - Lehmer & Associates.

We may use the information you submit to contact you in the future regarding services or promotions that we or any future subsidiaries or parent entity/entities may offer, but at no time will we sell or give your contact information to outside persons or entities.

You may request that the personal information you submit that we maintain be updated or removed. To do so see the contact information in the right-hand column on this page.

2. The analytical data we gather from your IP address is data that is commonly provided to owners of websites through such utilities as AW Stats and Google™ Analytics. We predominately use Google™ Analytics to track general visitor statistics on our website.

We are not able to, nor do we attempt to gather personal information from these utilities. The kind of information we are able to see shows such things as the number of visitors, the geographic region of visitors - down to and including the "city" level, the browsers and browser versions being used, the screen resolutions being used, the "Flash" version being used, the platform - i.e.. "Windows" / "Macintosh" being used, hostname, and a range of other similar data provided over specified time periods. We emphasize that personal information is not able to obtained from analysis of these by us, it is strictly a method of tracking general visitor statistics so that we may adapt our site and our marketing strategy accordingly.
